Computer woes continue

After a thorough restore did not solve the problem, I had to ship my laptop off to the company handling the extended waranty I purchased with the computer. So, until further notice, the best way to contact me for a timely response is by telephone. I'll let you know when I get the computer back and usable again. Meanwhile, I'm at the internet cafe and will not be coming here often. Best wishes.

Computer problems

I've been dealing with a persistent computer problem which has been taking time to deal with and keeping me from writing and posting more. I have been spending more time doing things not computer related, and that is good. I have transferred a backup/restore file to an external drive and am now ready to do a total restore if need be. Today, things are going well. Hopefully this will be solved soon one way or the other. Maybe it already is. One can only hope.
